Everything we aim to make is meant to last – within its design, comfort, and quality. The reality is even quality items have a practical lifespan, if it came from us and you received it damaged – you must contact us within 24 hours after receiving something defective so we can make it right.

All sales final and subject to strict terms and conditions. no exchanges or returns.

Due to the exclusive nature and demand of the merchandise, all sales are final. Please check your chosen sizing, shipping and billing address you are submitting is correct as it cannot be modified or change once your order is placed. Orders cannot be modified or changed, it can only be cancelled if they are critical errors. Stock is not available for size corrections and/or exchanges. If your order arrived damaged, you must contact us immediately by email [email protected] within 24 hours for further assistance.


It is our goal to process each order within 1-5 business days after your order is received unless otherwise stated at checkout. DAMN partners with USPS, La Poste, UPS and DHL for delivery. Once your item has been shipped, you will receive an email with relevant tracking information. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding USA National holidays. For domestic orders over $150 USD, your order will require a 'signature confirmation'.

You are responsible for all duties and taxes on your order. If you refuse a shipment from DAMN, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to DAMN. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise store credit. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be issued a credit.

Depending on your country you will have the option to pre-pay your duties and taxes at checkout. This means you will not have to pay these fees when your order arrives, and we guarantee that you will not be required to pay additional costs upon delivery. Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, your shipment destination and the value of your purchase, and are added to your order total in the shopping cart. Duties and taxes are nonrefundable. These duties & taxes are beyond our control as they are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country and depend on a number of factors, such as: country of origin of the purchased product, local VAT rates, & Local import taxes.

Deliveries to some countries also have the option at checkout to not pay for the duties, taxes, and fees upfront. Instead, you agree to pay all applicable fees upon delivery. We cannot guarantee the cost of the fees upon delivery, as the fees are calculated by your local customs authority. It will be your responsibility to pay these charges if and when asked to by your local authorities.

We currently do not ship to Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and Syria. Our shipping carriers also don’t offer international shipping to Afghanistan, Bhutan, Brunei, Chad, Laos, Libya, Mongolia, Samoa, South Sudan, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, and Yemen.


We are not responsible for packages lost by the mail couriers, and you will have to reach out directly to the courier (USPS, UPS, FEDEX, or DHL) to open a missing package claim with them. They will be able to better assist in locating your package, as we have no visibility on your package once it leaves our warehouse.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
